On motion, Resolved that a new presbytery
be stricken off from Arkansas
Presbytery to embrace all that portion of said presbytery
lying in the State of Missouri, to be called, & known by the
name of Neosho Presbytery, and to be composed of the following
members, (viz) brother John W. McCord; Greenfield Buchanan; Jonathan
Blair, and Andrew
Buchanan: that Greenfield Buchanan be the first Moderator,
and in case of his failure John W. McCord, and that the first
meeting be holden at the dwelling house of Alfred Moor [Moore]
Barry County State of Missouri on the fourth Tuesday in March
next.

that brother T.
M. Johnston be and he is hereby appointed Stated Clerk
of this presbytery in place of brother G. Buchanan deceased.
