1846 - Springfield Presbytery formed from Ozark Presbytery.

1851 - Neosho Presbytery formed from Ozark Presbytery.

1852 - Became part of newly formed Ozark Synod.

1865 - Declared disorganized and included in bounds of Springfield Presbytery.
