1847 - Reported as a new presbytery at General Assembly by Arkansas Synod. Stricken off from Ozark Presbytery
1852 - Became part of newly formed Ozark Synod.
1864 - Ozark Synod dissolved. Attached to Missouri Synod.
1865 - Ozark and Neosho presbyteries declared to be in disorganized state and attached to Springfield Presbytery.
1871 - Became part of reactivated Ozark Synod.
1885 - Transferred to Missouri Synod.
1887 - Restored to Ozark Synod.
1888 - Became part of Missouri Synod (Ozark Synod dissolved)
1975 - Merged with West Plains-Prairie Presbytery in reorganization of Missouri Synod, taking the name Springfield-Bethel Presbytery.
