"Literature and Religious Vocation gave their report, which was concurred in, adopted and filed as Exhibit B. As this work called for the ordination of Licentiate J. L. Zwingle and W. E. Hedgecock during this sitting of Presbytery, 10:00 a.m., Thursday March 29, was set apart for this service."
"At the hour for the ordination of Licentiates, W. E. Hedgecock and J. L. Zwingle presented themselves. Rev. J. H. Zwingle delivered the sermon and Rev. C. M. Zwingle gave the charge and offered the consecrating prayer. This was a beautiful service as the three Zwingles were grandfather, father and son. J. H. Zwingle, grandfather; C. M. Zwingle, father; J. L. Zwingle, son."
