"Whereas
Rev. J. R. Allen a member of this Presbytery is without our bounds
and has been for several years past and this Presbytery being
unwilling to be burdened with his name longer on her records therefore
Resolved that his name be dropt from our ministerial roll."

"Whereas,
Rev. Jno. E. Nevins of the Searcy
Presbytery, State of Arkansas, and Rev. Jesse R. Allen
of Platte Presbytery State of Missouri, both ordained ministers
of the C.P. Church, have applied to this Presbytery for membership,
and whereas they inform this Presbytery that they have made application
to their respective Presbyteries for letters of dismission and
recommendation, but have not received them owing to the want of
mail facilities, and other causes not subject to their control;
and whereas, this Presbytery has received information that these
brethren are both in good and regular standing in their respective
Presbyteries, resolved that they be, and are hereby received as
ordained ministers and members of this Presbytery, and they hereby
required to place their said letters in the hands of our stated
clerk as soon as they receive them."

Presbytery being present and signifying his intention
to become a member of this Presbytery but not having his letter
