To the Memphis Presbytery, of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church:
The undersigned respectfully represent that there has been organized a new church at Walker Heights, in the city of Memphis, consisting of ten members, and elected the undersigned as ruling elders, and we do hereby apply to be received under your care, and we promise on the part of the church and for ourselves a cheerful compliance with the duties and obligations imposed upon us by your form of government.      Wm. On motion, the above church was received under the care of Presbytery, and placed on the roll of churches as Walker Heights Church, and Wm. Borsje was enrolled as representative from said church.

On motion, the twenty-eight pews from the Chelsea Church were given to Walker Heights Church, so long as the said church exists and desires to use them.

The Committee on Pastorates and Supplies report as follows:
We again find it necessary to adjust ourselves to some changes that have been made in the groups. We have now thirteen pastorates.
