1840 - Formed from Barnett Presbytery by Missouri Synod.

1859 - Synodical lines changed. Attached to McAdow Synod.

1872 - Barnett Presbytery dissolved and attached to Platte Presbytery.

1877 - Became part of newly formed Missouri Valley Synod.

1888 - Became part of Missouri Synod (Missouri Valley Synod dissolved)

1945 - Consolidated with Lexington Presbytery, taking name Platte-Lexington Presbytery.
