Minister Dies
Rev. Simeon C. Gardner, 81, a retired minister of Sharon, Tenn., died October 5. He had served pastorates in the area. He attended Bethel College and was ordained in 1923. Among survivors is a daughter, Mrs. Frances Marlar of Memphis.

Services for the Rev. Simeon Gardner of Sharon, Tenn., father of Mrs. Frances Marlar of 3081 Lyndell, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Mt. Vernon Methodist Church with burial in Tansil Cemetery in Sharon. The Rev. Mr. Simeon, who was 81, died yesterday at Weakley County Nursing Home. He was a retired Cumberland Presbyterian minister.
