Your committee on Deceased Ministers would report that we find on investigation that the Revs. W. M. Andrew and J. H. Galbreath have gone to their reward. We recommend that this Presbytery set apart 10:00 a.m. today as a memorial service in memory of these brothers.
We further recommend that a copy of this report be sent to the Cumberland Banner for publication, and a copy to each of the families of the deceased.
