to us. We have investigated this church and recommend the following:
1. That the church be placed on inactive status.
2. The the Bd. of trustees investigate the legal aspects
of the property and building.

On motion, funds from the sale of the Bogota and Hurricane
property are to be sent to the Presbyterial Board of Mission and
Records for mission work.

Trustees Report: Report #4: Since the Cumberland Presbyterian
Church, of Bogata, Texas, has not been active for several years
and since it no longer has members, we, the Trustees of Caddo
Presbytery of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, recommend that
the said Bogata Church be declared dissolved and that the property
(land and improvements) revert to Caddo Presbytery as recipient
and rightful owner.
We further recommend that Caddo
Presbytery instruct and empower its Trustees to effect the sale
of the aforesaid Bogata Church property to the best advantage
of Caddo Presbytery, with proceeds therefrom to be used in the
mission of establishing, maintaining or strengthening such new
or needy churches as the discretion of Caddo Presbytery may dictate.

Missions and Records Report: E. Sale of Bogota Property: The Board
has received $5,797.50 for the sale of the Bogota Church. This
money has been placed in the Cash Funds Management of the denomination
until it is needed by the Board.
