The Commission on Federal Chaplains (formerly known as the Commission on Chaplains and Military Personnel) consists of three members elected by the General Assembly.  The Commission members and the Stated Clerk represent the Cumberland Presbyterian Church on the Presbyterian Federal Chaplaincies.  The Commission on Federal Chaplains does its work primarily through the Presbyterian Federal Chaplaincies which is headquartered in Washington, DC.
