This report is to be completed by the Women's Ministry Executive Committee. Copies should be sent to the Regional President, the Regional Treasurer, and the Director of Women's Ministry (8207 Traditional Place, Cordova, TN 38016-4714). Retain one copy for your files. Reports are due by August 15.

This form is to be complete by the Women's Ministry Executive Committee. Send a copy to the Director of Women's Ministry (8207 Traditional Place, Cordova, TN 38016-7414). Keep one copy for your files.

Regional Financial Report Form
Compile this report from the annual reports received from your local organizations. Send one copy to the Board of Missions and one copy to your regional president. Keep one copy for your own records. Endeavor to fill in every blank. Reporting date is August 31. This report covers the period of September 1—August 31. If you are a new officer, get needed information from past officers.
