Cumberland Presbyterian Women's Ministry Convention

This year's convention will be different in that GA is different due to the celebration of our denomination's 200th birthday. Convention will not begin on Tuesday because GA is hosting a special day at the CPC birthplace in Montgomery Bell State Park. We encourage all women attending convention to attend this celebration as well.

Convention officially begins Wednesday morning, June 16, and will conclude after the luncheon on Thursday, June 17.

Please note the Regional Delegates will NOT meet for breakfast on Monday morning. Instead, we will meet Monday at 3:30 pm. This will save many of you the cost of a room on Sunday night. It will also allow you to attend opening worship and the election of the new Moderator. We will end in time for you to attend the Moderator's Reception that evening.

Please note the registration costs have changed. Be sure you register by May 1 so you will not have to pay the late fee. Good news is that cost of our meals together are somewhat lower.

Finally, please note we are adding a "Fun Night" on Monday, June 14. Many have asked for additional fellowship time, so we have added this time for games, light food, and fellowship.
