Here you will find the necessary information to prepare for your trip to Japan and participation in the CP Women's Ministry Convention. If you will be a regional or local delegate, or if you will be attending Convention, please complete the registration form and return to the Board of Missions office (1978 Union Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104).
Schedule of Convention
Monday, June 9 (Asao Citizens Hall - Big Meeting Room)
10 am - Opening Worship
12 noon - Lunch break
1:30 pm - Presentations and Missionary Speakers
3:30 pm -
Focus Groups (Calligraphy, Origami, Kimono, Japanese Tea Ceremony)
Tuesday, June 10 (Asao Citizens Hall - Big Meeting Room)
10 am - Bible Study and Presentations
12:30 p.m. - Work Trip to Takinogawa-gakuen (pre-registration required and lunch will be provided to those going on work trip. Transportation will be charter bus)
Wednesday, June 11
Option City Tour (pre-registration required and will be additional cost)

Thursday, June 12 (Parthenon Tama)
10 am - Worship (Women's Ministry and General Assembly Participants
12:30 pm - Lunch Break
2 pm - Festival

Bible Study — Rieko Kinoshita, member of Koza CPC, works for the Chinese Diaspora ministry of Overseas Missionary Fellowship.
Guest Speaker — Midori Yanagisawa, member of Koza CPC, Director of Overseas Ministries for Japan International Food for the Hungry.
