Leadership Referral Services

Through this ministry of the Board of Missions, assistance is provided to churches searching for pastors and pastors who want, need, or might be challenged to relocate. The design of the program is to:
     — give each individual exposure to the widest possible range of opportunites for service with the church,
     — enable search committees of congregations to have access to information about more people,
     — assist in matching gifts/skills of individuals with particular needs of the congregation,
     — explore with congregations and leaders (clergy and lay) a variety of models for providing           leadership to churches
