Arkansas Hispanic Mission - Russellville, Arkansas
Arkansas Presbytery approved a multi-year Hispanic mission probe, to concentrate in Russellville and the surrounding communities. Pastor Ricardo Franco moved with his family to the field in January 2004. A core fellowship of a half dozen families has been gathered since Bible fellowships were initiated in July.

North Little Rock NCD - North Little Rock, Arkansas
Arkansas Presbytery in its fall meeting 2003 approved a new church Action Plan, co-sponsoring the worth with the General Assembly Board of Missions, using facilities of the former Rose City Church in North Little Rock as the base of operations. The design is for an intentionally multi-racial ministry. Rev. Lisa Scott moved to the field in early January 2004 to commence the church planting activities. This effort will feature urban outreach ministry and develop need-based community services as well as a worshiping congregation.
