1. Checking In

Summer is coming to an end. How are your ministry team members feeling as they come into the meeting?

2. Devotional Thoughts and Prayer

3. Reviewing Agenda

           Give everyone an opportunity to add items to the agenda.

4. Report from the Session

           Give time to hear from the session.

5. Thanksgiving for Teachers/Leaders

If you have not done your appreciation for teachers/leaders, is everything ready?

6. New C. E. Year

Everything needs to be ready for the new Christian education year. Go through the checklist:

                       Are we set with Sunday School teachers?

                       Are our leaders for children and youth groups called?

                       Are we set on leadership for Bible study groups, small groups, etc?

                       Is the curriculum here for all the various classes/groups?

                       Are all spaces assigned so that everyone knows where to go?

                       Have supplies been replenished?

                       Are we ready for our orientation/leader development meeting?

                       What else do we need to do for promotion?
