From John G. Reynolds, commissioner for that purpose, appointed by an interlocutory decree of the Christian Circuit Court, made at their present Oct. term, in a certain suit in chancery, therein depending, between Thomas Knight, complainant and John and Hiriam Knight, sd decree and bill mentioned, containing 400 acres lying on Pond River, being a claim granted by the county court of C. to John Knight, #213. The land is warranted against the claims of the afd sd John and Hyram Knight, their heirs, and anyone claiming through them. recorded Oct [blank day] 1816
