Married to Marie Trusty in 1912, he was the father of six children. He is survived by his wife and four children--Marion Narmagene [sic: Norma Jean], Narland [sic: Norlan] , Mrs. Novadell [sic: Nova Dell] Barton of McAlester, and Narris [sic: Norris]of Carnegie; six grandchildren; five brothers; and one sister. Brother Schrudder was a man of God. We miss his council and his vision of the future. He is gone but his life's work will live on in the lives of others. May God's blessings rest upon his loved ones, and let us humbly say, "Thy will be done."--A brother in Christ.
